Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) discussed with some property developers an implementation mechanism of the multi visit visa issuance. Brig. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior to allow property owners and their families to enter into the UAE with multi visit visa and stay for six months. He added that the decision stipulated that the property value should not be less than Dh1 million, fit for accommodation and proper for the size of family, indicating that when the multi visit visa issued to a property owner expires abroad, his/her visa will be renewed at the airport at arrival. About the authority which will assess the value of property, he said the property developing company in coordination with the Lands and Department, adding that DNRD will receive enquiries from developers round the clock.
