In the following circumstances, a foreigner is given a work entry visa that entitles its holder to remain in the country for a period of (60) sixty days from the date of entry until the requirements for issuing residency are satisfied: (sponsorship by a citizen for his family members - sponsorship by a resident for his family members - sponsorship by a Gulf citizen for his family members).
1. A personal photo.
2. A passport copy, valid for at least 6 months.
3. Employment contract.
4. Salary certificate for governmental and semi-governmental institutions and free zones employees.
5. Partnership contract for the partner.
6. An attested birth certificate.
7. The marriage contract is certified.

8. No objection from the father if the guarantor is the wife.
Digital channels (website/smart application):
1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

Customer Happiness Center:
1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

Amer Service Center:
1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).
Visa fee: AED200
Plus VAT (5%).

Additional fees (if the sponsored person is inside the country):
Knowledge dirham: AED10
Innovation dirham: AED10
Fee inside the country: AED500

Note: The total amount of the visa may vary depending on the circumstances surrounding the sponsored person or for other reasons that may require that.
1. In addition to housing, the resident's salary must be AED4,000 or AED3,000
2. The wife of a Gulf citizen must be a resident of the husband's country and provide documentation to prove her residency.
3. The partner's share must be at least 48 thousand dirhams, as stated in the partnership agreement.
4. Include a salary certificate for the citizen who wants to sponsor his foreign wife or provide court-verified evidence that he is unemployed.
5. Up to 25 years old, a resident may sponsor his male children.
