GDRFA Dubai announces working hours during Eid Al-Fitr holiday

GDRFA has announced the working hours during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday, starting from Monday, April 8th, with official work resuming on the 15th of the same month. It is announced that work will continue around the clock at the Happiness Center for services at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. Additionally, the Happiness Center at Al Aweer will operate throughout the holiday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Customers can also inquire about administrative transactions through the "Amer" call centre at 8005111, which operates 24/7.

Dubai Immigration has directed all customers to utilize smart applications via Dubai Now and its smart application and website (gdrfad.gov.ae) (GDFRA DXB), to receive requests and transactions. This aims to maintain leadership in providing the best practices and highest standards of sustainable services during both working days and holidays. The digital services provided represent channels for smooth communication and transaction processing, saving time and effort. The continuation of work during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday comes as part of the administration's message to provide maximum flexibility and convenience to delight its customers by offering comprehensive digital services around the clock.
