On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, and as part of the commitment to ensuring smooth passenger movement, His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), conducted an inspection tour at Dubai Airports, accompanied by his Deputy, Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, and a number of his assistants, to review workflow and the readiness of digital systems across air entry points.

His Excellency emphasized that the readiness of field teams and the integration of roles among concerned entities are key pillars in maintaining operational efficiency. He noted that GDRFA Dubai is committed to leveraging all capabilities to deliver an exceptional travel experience that reflects Dubai’s global leadership and meets travelers’ expectations for fast and seamless services.

In a gesture of appreciation, His Excellency extended Eid Al-Fitr greetings to passport officers and staff, expressing his deep appreciation for their exceptional efforts in facilitating passenger movement and their pivotal role in delivering a smooth travel experience during this high-traffic period. He affirmed that their dedication reflects the high level of professionalism and commitment that distinguishes GDRFA Dubai teams.
