It further underlines the country’s capability to overcome this crisis, and as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum once said, “the inner strength of individuals, institutions and societies comes to fore during adversities, and this crisis has highlighted our true strength in the form of solidarity, as we stand hand in hand to confront this pandemic.” His Excellency Al Marri said: “We are developing strategic plans in line with current developments and changes to prepare for the hosting of the much-awaited global event that will bring together thinkers and go-getters from all over the world, showcasing new innovations and distinctive achievements. This challenge that we are navigating today will make the Expo an all-inclusive international forum to address common challenges and find solutions in the spirit of international cooperation, solidarity and preparedness for the future.”
