Registration of an escape report(establishments)
This service allows the possibility of listing an escape report under the sponsorship of an establishment for government sector, private sector or a free zone establishment
1. A copy of the sponsored person's passport (if any)
2. Request an escape report (approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization) in case it is a private establishment.
3. Submission of the request by the concerned person (the sponsor of the establishment - the investor - the establishment PRO).

For digital channels (website/smart application):
1. Access to the smart services system (digital ID or user name).
2. Search for the service you want to apply for.
3. Fill in the request data.
4. Payment of Service Fees
AMER Service Center:
1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center.
2. Get an automated queue ticket and wait.
3. Submit the request fulfilling all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee
4. Pay the service fees (if any).
Note: An SMS is sent to the customer + an email to the customer with the status of the request:
• In case of deficiencies on the request, the customer will be notified of the need to attach the deficiencies within 30 days, and in case they are not attached, the request will be canceled
• In case that there are no deficiencies on the request, the customer will be notified of the approval and the approved request will be sent by e-mail.
