Extending a visitor visa (upon arrival)

1. Passport copy.

Digital channels (website/smart application):
1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

Visa extension fee: AED600
In addition to the value-added tax (5%).

Additional fees (if the sponsored person is inside the country):
Knowledge dirham: AED10
Innovation dirham: AED10
Fee inside the country: AED500


Note: The total amount of the visa may vary depending on the circumstances surrounding the sponsored person or for other reasons that may require that.

1. The person must be an Indian national and hold at least one of the special visas that is valid for a period of not less than six months.
2. The validity to stay inside the UAE is 14 days from the date of approval of the issuance application.
3. To be a holder of one of the following visas: USA visa.
Green card from the USA.
UK residence visa.
Residence visa from European Union countries.
