The golden residence permit is given to exceptional individuals who have excelled in fields that are significant to the country. These individuals fall into the following categories: (people of culture and art, innovators and inventors, athletes, talents in the field of digital technology, and exceptional talents in other fields of importance). The 10-year residence period may be extended if the exact requirements are met.
People of culture and art:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from the Dubai Culture Authority or the Ministry of Culture.
Innovators and Inventors:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from the Ministry of Economy or the competent local authority.
Athletes:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from the General Sports Authority or the Dubai Sports Council.
Digital talent:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from the Emirates Council for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transactions.
Exceptional talent in other areas of interest:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from Dubai Future Authority.

Innovators and Inventors:
1. A copy of the sponsor's passport.
2. A nomination letter from the Ministry of Economy or the competent local authority.

2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Centre.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Amer Service Centre:
1. Visit the nearest Amer Service Centre.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
