Top graduates from UAE schools, universities, or international universities are given the golden residency permit. The 10-year residency period is fixed and cannot be increased under the same circumstances.
Top students:
1. A copy of the passport.
2. A general secondary school certificate from a public or private school with a score of not less than (95%).
3. A copy of the residence permit (issuing authority, Dubai).

Top graduates of UAE universities:
1. A copy of the passport.
2. A bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree, provided that the university's classification is not less than the best 100 universities in the world according to the international classification approved by the Ministry of Education.
3. A copy of the residence permit (issuing authority, Dubai).

The Top graduates of international universities:
1. A copy of the passport.
2. A bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree from a university licensed by the Ministry of Education.
3. A copy of the residence permit (issuing authority, Dubai).
4. Transcripts, provided that the GPA is not less than 3.5 degrees, and that no two years have passed since graduation.
Digital channels (website/smart application):
1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).

Customer Happiness Center:
1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Amer Service Center:
1. Visit the nearest Amer Service Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
4. Pay the service fee (if any).
Residence permit fee: AED1100

Extra charge :
Knowledge dirham: AED10
Innovation dirham: AED10
Fee inside the country: AED500

Delivery: AED20

Note The issuance fee increases by AED100 annually whenever the residency is over two years.
Top students:
1. He must have obtained a high school diploma from a public or private school licensed by the Ministry or the competent local educational authorities.
2. The high school average should not be less than 95% or its equivalent.
3. Approval of the certificate from the Ministry of Education.
Top graduates of state universities:
1. To have a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree licensed by the Ministry of Education.
2. For classification A, the cumulative average must not be less than 3.5, while for classification B, the cumulative average must not be less than 3.8.
3. No more than two years have passed since graduation.

The Top graduates of international universities:
1. The university should be ranked at least among the best 100 universities in the world according to the international classification approved by the Ministry of Education.
2. The cumulative average for bachelor's graduates should not be less than 3.5.
3. No more than two years have passed since graduation.
