Issuing a visa to a foreigner who owns property
A foreigner who owns real estate in the country is given a residence visa without the requirement of employment, allowing him to remain there for (60) sixty days from the date of entry until the necessary processes for issuing residence have been completed.

1. Log in to the smart services system through (UAE Pass or username).
2. Search for the service to be applied for.
3. Fill in the application data, where applicable.

1. Visit the nearest Customer Happiness Center.
2. Get the automated turn ticket and wait.
3. Submitting the application that fulfils all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.

Note: The total amount of the visa may vary by increase or decrease depending on the circumstances surrounding the sponsored person or for any other reasons that may require that.

2. Presenting a certificate of ownership for the property issued by the relevant authority for real estate registration in the country.
3. The applicant must fully own the property, The property may also be a loan from a local bank in the country.
4. The property must be habitable.
5. The applicant must be able to prove his financial stability throughout his stay in the country or have a monthly income of at least (10,000) Dirhams or its equivalent in other currencies.
