The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai took first place in the category for financially distinguished government agencies in the Dubai Government Excellence Program in 2014. - Third place for the smart gates projects in the categories of distinguished joint government project and distinguished government entity electronically. - Colonel Khalaf Ahmed Al-Ghaith took first place in the category of distinguished government workers.

Dubai Sports Council
In the "Oceanic Khorfakkan" race, which was overseen by the Emirates Triathlon Association, the Dubai residency took the lead among the teams.
