GCC GOV HR AWARDS
The General Department of Residence and Foreign Affairs Dubai, represented by the Department of Human And Financial Resources, was awarded the Best Settlement Initiative in the GCC, in addition to the Human Resources Department's award for the Best Happiness Initiative of the Year.

IBX AWARDS
In the fourteenth session of the International Business Excellence Awards (IBX), Dubai Residency won two international awards for its next generation leaving project and management team award in the category of government services. This award is among the most prestigious internationally in the business world. There are approximately (34) categories for individuals, businesses, and institutions.
2017
Ideas UK
The UAE-Vision project was one of several projects for which the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Creativity and Innovation Center and the Airports and Smart Services Sector, won the British Ideas Award. - The Next Generation Departure (NGA) project received a Process Improvement Award. - Customer Service Award for the project's smart gates allowed travellers to finish their travel formalities as quickly as possible.
The International Executive Leader Award in Innovation Management went to Al-Elham Madaniya's Younis Ahli, Director of the Creativity and Innovation Center.

Ideas UK
The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Human and Financial Resources Department (Medical Unit), won the British Ideas Award in the Health and Safety category.
2019
IDEAS UK
Through its participation in the IDEAS UK conference and award, the Dubai residency took home six awards. The conference was sponsored as a special honour for winning the platinum award for the ideas system, first place in the creators' sponsorship program's initiative category for people and organizations, special resident award for the smart corridor project, and centre second in the innovation category for the smart corridor project. It won the second place in the customer focus category for the “50 Plus” initiative project, and the third place in the value for money category for: VIRTUAL DESKTOP INFRASTRUCTURE

Ideas. Arabia
The Happy Newborns initiative, an integrated electronic service offered to new citizens, was recognized with the Grand International Award within the Arab Ideas Award by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Nationality Affairs Sector. The customer receives the following services for the newborn through the "Mabrouk Ma Yak" service: the issuance of a birth certificate, the addition of the newborn to the family book, the registration of the newborn in the population registry, the issuance of a passport, the issuance of an identity card, insurance-trust, and the names of newborns are also registered in the population register. The winner of the Executive Leader Award for Innovation was Al-Madaniya / Elham Younis Ahli.

IDEAS. ARABIA
In putting the "Future Foresight Diploma" concept into practice, the Strategy and Future Foresight Department of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won the "Arab Ideas" award of the Dubai Quality Group for the year 2021 for the best global innovative idea in the "Education" category.
2017
Ideas. Arabia
The award for the best joint Arab idea for the next-generation port project (NGE-NGA-NGB), which enables entry and exit procedures to be completed in less than 10 seconds, was given to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, represented by the Airports Sector. The category for entry and residence permits also took home the prize for the best product concept for the GCC nationals' visa project.
2012
Interior Minister Award
First place in the Minister of Interior Award (leader stage) for the distinguished management category and the customer service category went to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. Team Award for Outstanding Internal Performance Improvement (Juffair Project). It was awarded for the exceptional technical/technical team category represented by the electronic services industry. The "Nujoom Al-Qayla" team received the Distinguished Internal Joint Team Award for investigating and monitoring violators. It was awarded in Distinguished Services Development Teams (Services Team) category. Award for Outstanding Enterprise Category. Award for compliance with residency laws. The ideal associate (Medicare Clinic). The labour supply bookstore's proprietor, Mrs Maysoon, completed community service.
2014
Interior Minister Award
• First place in the Minister of Interior Award (leader stage) for the Distinguished Internal Performance Improvement Team for the Dubai Model Team and the problem-solving category in the "Counting Violators" initiative went to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. The top spot for the best customer service facility. • Colonel Hussein Ibrahim Ahmed was recognised as the best officer in the field of supervision. • Lieutenant Rashid Abdullah Saeed took first place as the best officer in the field. • To protect ports, Sergeant Faisal Abdullah Al Zaabi received this honour. • The Creative Employee Award went to Captain Marwan Abdullah Belhasa. • Assistant Ahmed Abdullah Naji won the best non-commissioned officer and personnel award in the administrative field. • Captain Amer Rashid Aaded Al Muhairi won the technical field's best non-commissioned officer and personnel award. • Al-Madani Talib, bin Ali Al-Shehhi, won the Ideal Driver Award.
