GDRFA Dubai organizes workshop on 04 Platform

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has organized a workshop on the 04 Platform, a unified interactive platform connecting the Dubai Government with its customers. The virtual event was moderated by Maitha Al Gergawi, Project Manager of the Dubai Model Center.

Targeting employees specifically, the workshop aimed to enhance the overall service system quality and highlight the platform's significance while also introducing employees to its mechanisms, enabling them to use it effectively, submit their suggestions, and ensure correct activation. Additionally, the session aimed to raise awareness about the 04 Platform as an effective tool to meet service development requirements.

Brigadier General Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, affirmed that the platform would lead to a qualitative leap in service quality across GDRFA and all participating government agencies.

Meanwhile, Lt. Col. Salem bin Ali, Director of Client Services at GDRFA, confirmed that the platform is already activated in GDRFA following the directives of senior management, which has provided all necessary resources for employees to submit proposals. The platform, which also includes any previous proposals, aims to strives the customer experience across various government channels in Dubai. Bin Ali explained that the platform employs the latest technologies in managing customer opinions, seeing customer feedback as an opportunity to improve the quality of government services.
