Issue a family book according to a statement of marriage (Citizen wife).
1. The wife's birth certificate.
2. The wife's last educational qualification.
3. Work card or work certificate of the wife, if she works.
4. The marriage contract within the state, and if more than a year has passed since the contract, the continuation of the marriage must be brought from the Sharia court in the state.

Issue a family book according to a statement of marriage (foreign wife):
1. The passports of the husband and wife.
