This service allows the possibility of issuing an Departure permit for a foreigner within the country to enable him to leave the country.
If a Departure Permit is issued for newborns
1- Personal presence of the father.
2- Submit the application to the service officer.
3- Payment of due fees.
4- Sending the Departure Permit to the customer

In case of loss of passport:
1- Personal attendance of the customer with the travel document and the loss certificate to be submitted.
2- Submit the application to the service officer
3- Payment of due fees
4- Sending the Departure Permit to the customer

In case of issuing Departure Permits for violators and the IRIS is required:
1- Personal attendance of the customer
2- Submit the application to the service officer
3- Payment of due fees.
4- Sending the Departure Permit to the customer

In case of issuing a Departure Permit, type: (Violator of entry or residence permit)
For establishments, apply through the website: smart.gdrfad.gov.ae
1. Access the website link smart.gdrfad.gov.ae
2. Register a new user account (If not registered already)
3. Choose the required service
4. Attach the required documents
5. Payment of the due service fees
6. Submit the application

For individuals, apply through AMER Center
1. Visit one of AMER service centers
2. Determine the required service at the receptionist
3. Submit the required documents to the service employee
4. Verify the documents Audit
5. Payment of the due fees
In case of issuing an exit permit for a newborn:
1- Personal presence of the father
2- Submit the application to the service officer
3- Pay the fees due
4- Receipt of the print of departure permit

In case of lost passport:
1- Personal presence
2- Submit the application to the service officer
3- Pay the fees due
4- Receipt of the print of departure permit

In case of issuing exit permits to violators and record of an eye-print:
1- Personal presence
2- Submit the application to the service officer
3- Pay the fees due
4- Receipt of the print of departure permit
In case of issuing an exit permit: type of (violator of an entry permit or a residency visa)
For establishments, apply via

GDRFA website:
1. Login to website
2. Register a new user account (in case there is no account)
3. Select the required service
4. Attach the required documents
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit the application
For individuals, apply through

AMER Center
1. Head to one of AMER service centers
2. Select the required service at the receptionist
3. Submit the required documents to the service employee
4. Verification of a Document
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit the application

Issuance of a departure permit for newborns
1- In case the husband is outside the country, the mother should bring a power of attorney certified by the husband (The father) states that no objection for the child to leave UAE
2- In case of separation, the divorce certificate should be submitted and the custody ruling for the person who has custody, whether for the mother or father.

Issuing a departure permit for those who have lost their passport.
1- Submit passport lost certificate issued from Dubai Police.
2- Submit an official travel document from the consulate to leave the country.
3- The residence to be canceled if the person is a resident and an Departure Permit is issued to him without deprivation.

Issuance of departure permits for violators:
1- In the absence of the original passport, a travel document from the consulate is required.
2- In case of non-payment of the fine, an IRIS is required.
