Issuing sailors a permit to disembark
This service enables the issuance of a 24-hour permit for sailors to enter the city. This permit's validity is only (7) days before entry and allows the holder to enter the country through the official ports and to stay for only (24) hours.
1. The captain of the ship must submit the request for a land entry permit in the case of "wooden marine means.".
2. In the case of "iron marine means", the shipping agent/representative shall apply.

2. A current personal photo of the sponsored person with a white background.

In case of personal attendance:
1. Visit the building of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at the port.
2. Submit the required documents to the service officer.
3. Pay the fees for "iron marine means".
4. Receive the land entry permit.
If you apply via the GDRFAD website:
1. Log in.
2. Select Service.
3. Fill in the service data.
4. Pay the fees due.
5. To obtain the land entry permit, do so electronically or in person at the GDRFAD building at the port.
