The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has unveiled a Diploma in Creative Employee Care and Development 2023, marking the launch of its sixth batch. The programme is designed exclusively for GDRFA staff who have successfully met the program's stringent requirements.
The diploma, overseen by the Innovation and the Future Centre, features a comprehensive curriculum divided into three stages. Rehabilitation Stage: The initial stage, spanning one week, is focused on rehabilitation. During this phase, participants are introduced to the challenges faced by Dubai and are divided into working groups, each dedicated to addressing specific challenges.
The journey begins with the Rehabilitation Stage, a week-long initial phase dedicated to rehabilitation. Participants in this phase are acquainted with various challenges currently faced by Dubai. They are then organized into working groups, each tasked with addressing distinct challenges. This stage operates remotely via the Ithra platform, delivering content on foresight science, future skills, creative idea generation, thinking skills instruction, emotional intelligence, personality type management, and critical thinking development.
Following the Rehabilitation Stage, participants transition into the Establishment Stage, which is further subdivided into three sections. Here, attendees engage in a blend of classroom and practical learning experiences. The Establishment Stage aims to equip participants with crucial skills and knowledge necessary for crafting strategic approaches, nurturing innovation, and planning innovation strategies effectively.
The program culminates with the Projects Stage, set to run until December's end. This final segment offers continuous training, focusing on the formation and leadership of innovative, high-performance teams. Participants will be immersed in the utilization of innovation laboratories, learning the process of transforming initial ideas into practical, innovative models.
