Exemption from fines for violators of Residence Law
Through this service, one may submit a request to waive or reduce the financial penalty assessed to those who violate the Foreigner’s Entry and Residence Law.
1. A copy of the violator's passport.
2. A letter stating the reasons for the violations. And an inability to pay it off.
3. Any other documents requested by the Fines Committee.

2. Obtain the automatic turn ticket, then wait.
3. Submitting the application that meets all conditions and documents (if any) to the customer service employee.
